Accelerated Learning: High School

Partnerships with Colleges

Students currently have multiple options to design a pathway that will lead to graduating high school with a 2 year college degree. Our high schools work in conjunction with the local colleges to lay the ground work for and to create a seamless transition to a higher education.

Advanced Learning Programs

Our high schools have nationally and internationally renowned and respected programs that provide advanced learning curriculums and opportunities. Clay County's plan is to add appropriate programs to all of our junior high schools to support students' accelerated learning pathways earlier in their educational career. Participating students can potentially graduate high school with a 2 year college degree and a Bright Futures Scholarship.
